Creative Journeys: Bristol artists respond to regenerated business district

In celebration of the opening of its major new central office block, EQ commissioned artworks and a digital trail to support exploration and understanding of the building’s urban environment. The app provides information on the artworks created by 12 artists in response to the area, along with their concepts and methodologies.

The artistic media ranges from poetry to jewellery, print and mural, all inspired by intimate stories, historical events and small, beautiful details in the environment. The digital experience guides visitors around the city centre location, as well as through artistic processes of reflection and creation, encouraging people to rediscover and reconsider the area close to the city’s main train station.
