Lunch and learn events are aimed squarely and fairly at you, our customers
What to expect
Each session focuses on a different theme, with a guest presenter and free group discussions. We also share updates we’ve made to the platform over the past 12 months, news about future product development, and the motivations behind all of those decisions.
We hope these events will inspire you to get the most out of the platform, whilst ensuring you’re fully up to speed with all of the latest capabilities. We’ll also have the Place Experience Platform (PEP)’s lead developer on hand to answer your questions, so do make a note of anything you might want to bring up.
The events are interactive with opportunities to share your own experiences of using the technology. We’re particularly keen to hear practical examples of successes, damp squibs, and challenges large and small.
The opportunity to ask questions in an open interactive format allows for useful knowledge-sharing between PEPers and sows seeds for a shared community of interest.
The feedback generated also helps us to build and refine the PEP product roadmap, in collaboration with you.
Who can attend?
The user group is designed for people who already use the Place Experience Platform (PEP-ers), those that have access to the platform but haven’t used it yet (PEP-lites), and those that are considering a subscription to it (the PEP-curious).
How to attend?
The event will be hosted live using Zoom with a recording available shortly afterwards. As it’s an interactive event with opportunities to share your own experiences of using the platform, only the initial presentation will be recorded, to allow for maximum transparency on the day.
